ILLUMINATION
Illumination is a spiritual healing and awakening practice rooted in ancient Andean (Inca) shamanic traditions.
It focuses on restoring harmony, clarity, and vitality by working with the luminous energy field - often called the poq’po - that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body.

Illumination works by clearing heavy or stagnant energies (sometimes referred to as imprints, cords or energetic residues) that can affect emotional, mental, or physical well-being. These imprints are believed to form through trauma, fear, inherited patterns, or prolonged stress.

A practitioner enters a sacred, ceremonial space and calls upon helping spirits, Pachamama (MOTHER EARTH) and the Apus (mountain spirits). Through intention, ritual gestures, breath, and energetic sensing, the practitioner works directly with the client’s energy field rather than the physical body.

The process often includes:
Illuminating energy centers (similar to chakras) to restore their original light and function

Extracting dense or intrusive energies that no longer serve the individual

Sealing and strengthening the energy field to support long-term balance and protection

Releasing ancestral or karmic patterns, allowing new pathways for growth

Rather than reliving past wounds, Illumination emphasizes transformation through awareness and light, helping individuals step out of old stories and into a more empowered present.

The experience is often described as gentle yet profound, leaving participants with a sense of clarity, grounding, emotional release, and renewed connection to themselves, nature, and spirit. It is considered both a healing modality and a path of spiritual evolution, aligning the individual with their authentic purpose and inner radiance.

Soul Retrieval
Shamanic practice by Andean healers (paqos) to recover lost parts of a person's energy or spirit, often fragmented by trauma, leading to feelings of emptiness, lack of vitality, or addiction.
A paqo enters a trance to find these soul pieces in the spirit world, brings them back, and reintegrates them into the luminous body, restoring wholeness without necessarily re-traumatizing the individual with the painful memories.
Helps fill energetic voids, break negative patterns, and bring back vitality, confidence, and joy.

In the Andean worldview, a person can lose parts of their vital essence due to overwhelming experiences. This loss may show up as:

Chronic fatigue or apathy
Depression or anxiety
Feeling “not fully here”
Repeating emotional patterns or illness
Soul retrieval aims to call back and reintegrate this missing essence.

Munay-Ki Rites
Munay-Ki Rites are a series of nine energetic initiations (rites of passage) rooted in Andean shamanic traditions of the Q’ero lineage from Peru. The term Munay-Ki roughly translates to “the power of love” or “love in action.”
They’re intended to support personal healing, spiritual evolution, and alignment with a more compassionate way of living.
